I am honored and extremely humbled to have been appointed as the Minister of State for Provincial Affairs and Devolution Manicaland Province . I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to His Excellency, Dr.
Emmerson Dambudzo Mnangagwa for entrusting me with this important responsibility.l have accepted the appointment with humility. I would also like to thank the people of Mutasa South Constituency and Manicaland as a whole for their continous prayers, support and pivotal encouragement.
This is an Allotment of time with a conglomeration of opportunities and an assortment of positive possibilities to build, construct and develop Manicaland Province and Zimbabwe at large.
I would like to assure Mr President, Dr ED Mnangagwa and the people of Manicaland and Zimbabwe at Large that by the help of the Most High l am going to do everything in my limited power and humanily possible to fulfil this mandate.
I would like also to say to you Cdes and Friends all my fellow Zimbabweans please feel free to share your ideas and strategies with me as we all contribute to the development of this Great Province Under the Astute Leadership of our God given Son of the soil Dr Ed Mnangagwa .
