The late Mutare based socialite Obert Karombe‘s burial has sparked controversy after it emerged that he was buried at night. Many were left wondering what could have caused his family to bury him ‘late’ using torches with some concluding that there might be ‘black magic’ involved. The national airline Air Zimbabwe has been included in a recently announced  European Union Commission Air Safety List of air carriers that do not fulfil international safety standards. The carriers on the ASL are banned from operating to, in and from the EU (including overflight).
