Olinda’s husband, Njabulo ‘Tytan’ Nkomo, has dragged Mai TT to court after filing an application, seeking a peace order, against the comedienne. Through his lawyers, Mavhiringidze and Mashanyare Legal Practitioners, Tytan claims Mai TT has been insulting him and his family. The application seeks an order, for peace, in terms of Section 388 of the Criminal Procedure and Evidence Act. The case, which was filed this week, is expected in court on March 28. The Zimbabwe Republic Police has finally revealed the real reason why they raided Prophetic Healing and Deliverance (PHD) Ministries leader Prophet Walter Magaya’s house. Police and other security agents yesterday raided three houses in Harare, including that of Walter Magaya. The police were looking for one Frank Mudimu. The cyber-bullying case pitting socialites, Felistas Chido “Mai TT” Murata and Olinda Chapel-Nkomo, has spilled into court. The matter was heard before Harare Civil Court magistrate Sharon Mashavire where both counsels presented their arguments. Mai TT is being represented by Attorney Arthur Marara while Olinda is being represented by Ngonidzashe Musviba of Mavhiringidze and Mashanyare Law Chambers. Magistrate Mashavira deferred the matter to Thursday. It is alleged Mai TT sent messages to Olinda Chapel’s mobile phone.
