Satanism Scare Brings Fear To Chipinge School

A Secondary school in Chipinge was forced to shut down after incidences of Satanism continued to rock the school. Chimana secondary school under Chief Mapungwana was closed on Monday after students and teachers collapsed and experienced blackouts after seeing snakes in the classrooms. Tafara Sithole, who is the chairperson for Chimana School Development Committee (SDC) confirmed the indefinite closure of the school Zimeyenews saying that they had to close the school as incidences of suspected satanism had been recurring at the school since last year She said the school which has a population of more than 300 students has been experiencing incidences of suspected satanism ever since a  female teacher died at the school in May last year. Zimbabwean Midwife Killed By Controlling Husband After Years Of Domestic Abuse

The abusive Zimbabwean husband who killed a popular midwife at Queen’s Hospital in Romford (UK) was working as a mental health nurse at the time, an inquest has heard. Tracy Samantha Carr & Her Son Murder Brother & Bury His Body At Her Borrowdale Home Garden

A woman teamed up with her son and killed her child whom she accused of being violent, abusive and a drug addict, then buried the body in a shallow grave in Borrowdale. Mutorashanga Woman Buries New-Born Baby Alive

In a rather heartbreaking development, a 33-year-old woman from Mutorashanga was arrested and charged with infanticide after she buried her new-born baby alive. According to New Zimbabwe, Margaret Musarapasi of Plot 12 Chihamba, Mutorashanga is reported to have given birth to a bouncing baby boy before she allegedly dug a shallow pit in which she buried him alive. Musarapasi appeared before Chinhoyi magistrate Tendai Banda facing one count of infanticide. It is in the States case that on the 5th February this year at around 11 pm, a heavily pregnant Musarapasi, who was alone at her homestead, gave birth to a bouncing baby boy. Woman Charged With Attempted Murder Charges After Stabbing A 13 Year Old Boy

A 13-year-old boy from Mupata suburb in Chinhoyi is battling for life at Parirenyatwa Group of Hospitals after a quarrel with his parents’ neighbour over trespassing turned bloody today. Provincial police spokesperson, Inspector Margaret Chitove confirmed the incident which occurred at around 10am. She said the woman identified as Monalisa Choguya (33) of 188 Single Quarters in Mutapa will be charged with attempted murder. MDC says it has started a process to stop the Nelson Chamisa-led camp from using the MDC Alliance name. This comes amid serious divisions in the MDC emanating from the nasty battle to succeed the late founding father Morgan Tsvangirai, which saw the Supreme Court stripping Chamisa of the party’s presidency and conferring it on Thokozani Khupe who was recently replaced by Douglas Mwonzora at the party’s congress. Chiredzi Police Officer Arrested Busted With 146kgs Of Mbanje

A police officer from Ndali Police Station in Chiredzi was allegedly arrested on Monday while transporting a truckload of mbanje. Sergeant Luckson Munhukwaye (43) along with his alleged accomplice Phyllis Mufandaedza were busted at Jack Quinton Bridge at Save whilst transporting 146kgs of mbanje, the reports.
